Newborn lifestyle sessions are all about capturing natural images of your baby and your new family’s love in the comfort of your own home. Using the nursery, parents’ bedroom, or other rooms as a background, I create spontaneous photos that show your bond and relationship with your new baby.
Lifestyle sessions are documentary and aren’t meant to be posed or rely heavily on accessories. I bring a few simple accessories like neutral baby blankets, wraps, or diaper covers if you would like to use them, but mostly, the images will reflect your real life and focus on showing your new relationship and affection.
The session can take up to two hours to take all the photos and to give you time to calm, change, and feed your baby when necessary. Any older siblings or pets may be included. Your baby can be up to 4-5 weeks old for a newborn lifestyle session.
